Mbappe’s Salary At PSG Under a New Contract 2022/2023

Mbappe’s Salary At PSG: Everyone watched the long transfer saga of Kylian Mbappe, who was supposed to move to Real Madrid last summer. It was expected that after the end of the 2021/2022 season, the French striker would move to the Madrid club as a free agent. But it wasn’t there! The 23-year-old football player surprisingly decided to sign a new contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

On the one hand, many experts said that such a step would slow down the progress and development of Mbappe’s talent in football and abilities, but on the other hand, the player remained in one of the strongest clubs in Europe, while his agent knocked out luxurious terms for him on a personal contract.

What is Mbappe’s Salary At PSG Now?

Previously, Kilian’s annual salary after taxes was between 15 and 20 million euros. Such figures did not allow the talented goalscorer to be even in the top three highest-paid football players in the world, but now the situation has changed dramatically.

Under the new contract, which is designed for 3 years, Mbappe’s salary at PSG is now € 57 million (after tax). This is the highest salary for a football player in the world today. Kilian also received a generous signing bonus (more than €100 million).

In total, over 3 years, the young striker will earn about €300 million at Paris Saint-Germain. This amount includes a signing bonus, basic salary, and various bonuses for goals, receiving the Golden Ball award, and success in the UEFA Champions League.

What Salary Did Mbappe Offer Real Madrid?

Mbappé was on the verge of a move to Real Madrid and in the summer of 2021, the Paris club’s bosses ignored the Galacticos’ €200 million offer.

If Kilian had moved to Real Madrid in the summer of 2022, then, according to sources, his salary in the Spanish grandee was € 25 million per year, which is much less than PSG has now begun to pay. The Frenchman was also supposed to have a €100 million signing bonus.

But in the end, Kylian Mbappe decided to stay in Paris. Perhaps, with Real Madrid, the player would have won all kinds of trophies, including the Champions League, but he is only 23 years old, so it is possible that the player will still be at the Santiago Bernabeu in the near future.
