Which Country Has The Most Talented Tennis Players: Tennis has always been and will be an international sport that can be enjoyed and played by people all over the world.

While there is a lot of talk in the press about top players like Andy Murray or Caroline Wozniacki, their success has little to do with the tennis talents of the country as a whole.

Which Country Has The Most Talented Tennis Players

In some countries, many players are in the top 100 of the best tennis players in the world, and this can show how good the country is at preparing world-class athletes.

Switzerland does not have a single female tennis player in the top 100, but there is a special reason why this country made it to this list.

It is obvious that Federer, as a Swiss, has helped his country achieve great success, but he is not the only one. The man who has always tried to catch up with his buddy at the top, Stanislas (Stan) Wawrinka, has finally reached his peak and is participating in important tournaments.

Stan, who has always circled around 20th place, is now in the TOP 10 with a chance to climb even higher. With two great players in the national top ten, it is impossible not to mention them on this talent list.

Among the top 100 players, there are five male tennis players, but what is even more impressive is that among the top 50, there are five women.

Sabine Lisicki and Angelica Kerber are famous top players on the women’s team, but they have been away for too long so it is unclear if they will be able to continue to actively play for their country. Florian Mayer, Philippe Kohlschreiber, and Tommy Haas are famous tennis players who have achieved great results for Germany. Philippe Petzschner also assists as the best doubles player, he has won two Grand Slam titles.

Over time, many world tennis stars appeared in Russia.

One of the superstars in the men’s singles category is Nikolai Davydenko, who is still in the TOP 50. But his place as the best tennis player in the country may be taken by Mikhail Youzhny, who already had a phenomenal season this year.

And women from Russia are among the best! Many Russian tennis players have been in the TOP-50 for more than ten years: Svetlana Kuznetsova, Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova, Nadezhda Petrova, and Maria Kirilenko.

Maria Sharapova? Of course, she is far ahead of her compatriots. Russia is still the most talented country in the WTA.

Ana Ivanovic and Elena Jankovic are among the top twenty players in the women’s rankings, placing Serbia slightly higher on this list.

Janko Tipsarevic, together with Novak Djokovic, confidently entered the top twenty best sportsmen in the country. They play well in the Davis Cup tournament and they have the best doubles player – Nenad Zimonic.

Along with Djokovic, Tipsarevic was among the top ten tennis players in the world for a short time, and they could often be seen at the final stages of tournaments. Viktor Troicki is also a very good Serbian player.

With Andy Roddick’s retirement from the sport after the 2012 US Open, there hasn’t been a single tennis player in the US who has completely dominated the sport.   This is also interesting: TOP-10 progressing footballers of the English Premier League

However, John Isner and Sam Querrey are not that far from that, with their current 20th place.

With the retirement of James Blake and Michael Russell, promising newcomers like Jack Sok, Denis Kudla and the Harrison brothers (Ryan and Christian) emerge who can fill in the gaps.

But the United States ranks high on this list because of its women.

In addition to Serena Williams, who heads all women’s tennis, there are 10 US tennis players in the TOP 100, and Sloane Stevens seems to be on track for steady and consistent success.

The TOP-100 includes only one Argentinean, namely Powell Ormaechea, 80th in the world list.

The seven Argentinean male tennis players rank among the top players in the world, including Horacio Ceballos, Carlos Berloc, and Juan Monaco, as well as promising talents, one of the most famous beings Federico Delbonis.

David Nalbandian quickly dropped to about 200 in the rankings and has been a star over the years, reaching the semi-finals or finals in every Grand Slam tournament.

But Juan Martin del Potro certainly carries most of Argentina’s expectations on his shoulders.

France is known for producing very talented tennis players. 12 Frenchmen made it to the TOP-75.

That staggering number is almost as amazing as the talent of these guys on set. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Richard Gasquet, and Gilles Simon are giants in the TOP-20.

Jeremy Chardy, Benoit Per, Adrian Mannarino, Kenny De Schepper, and Nicolas Mayu are now playing tennis better than ever and could climb the rankings as well. And then there are Mikael Llodra, Gael Monfils and Julien Benneto.

Although there are eight Spanish tennis players in the TOP 100, this number is easy to miss when you look at how Spanish male tennis players have dominated in recent years.

First, there are nine Spaniards in the TOP-50, which is about 20% (Marseille Granollers – 51st), so this is almost a fifth of the TOP-50.

Here are the top Spanish players: Guillermo Garcia-Lopez, Albert Ramos Vignolas, Daniel Gimeno-Traver, Roberto Bautista Agut and Albert Montanes.

There are also men who continue to improve significantly, including Pablo Andujar, Feliciano Lopez, and David Ferrer (a giant in the sport). Players like Fernando Verdasco and Tommy Robredo know from their own experience what it means to be in great shape and how to win big matches.

Rafael Nadal – Needs no introduction. There is no doubt that Spain is a tennis superpower.
